We would like to inform you that, Japan Post has notified us of a temporary suspension of EMS (Express Mail Service) shipments to the United States.

This measure follows changes in U.S. customs regulations, including the elimination of certain tax exemption systems and the introduction of new customs restrictions. As a result, it has become difficult to ship goods intended for sale or high-value gifts. Consequently, Japan Post has suspended acceptance of certain international shipping services.

At this time, we are awaiting an official announcement from Japan Post regarding the resumption of EMS services.

In response, we are offering FedEx as an alternative shipping method for customers residing in the United States.

You may continue to place orders through our online store as usual. However, please note that shipping via FedEx is more expensive than EMS, and therefore, shipping fees for North and Central America have been revised. We kindly ask for your understanding.

※Please also note that upon arrival in the U.S., additional costs such as import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may be incurred. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

【重要】アメリカ向けEMS発送停止について

アメリカへの発送をご希望のお客様へ重要なお知らせです。

現在、日本郵便より通達があり、アメリカ合衆国向けのEMS（国際スピード郵便）サービスが一時的に停止されております。

この措置は、アメリカ側における通関制度の変更（免税制度の撤廃や新たな税関規制）により、販売目的の商品や高額な贈答品の郵送が困難となったことを受けて、日本郵便が一部国際郵便の引き受けを停止したものです。

配送再開の時期については、日本郵便からの正式な案内を待っている状況です。

つきましては、アメリカ在住のお客様への配送につきましては、代替手段として「FedEx」での発送をご案内しております。
オンラインストアからは通常通りご注文いただけますが、FedExはEMSに比べ送料が高くなるため、北米・中米宛のみ送料を改定させていただいております。あらかじめご了承ください。

※アメリカでの通関時に、関税・消費税・通関手数料などの追加費用が発生する場合がございます。これらはすべてお客様のご負担となりますこと、あわせてご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
